Come mingle with and hear from National Weather Service forecasters, television/media meteorologists, researchers, emergency managers, and - of course! - storm chasers. Check-in will open at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, November 8th, and conference kickoff will be at 9:20. (And there'll be door prizes!)
Our 2025 ticket price includes a box lunch and bottled water which will be provided by the University of Richmond Catering/Dining Services Department. Each person desiring a vegetarian option should order one ticket by itself and indicate that preference by checking the appropriate box.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your ticket purchase. There will be no hard copy ticket issued. When you check in at the registration table November 8th your name will be on the attendee list.
NOTE: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE. (Availability of walk-ups the day of the conference will be determined the week prior to the event.)
